We were blessed to get to stay at a beautiful house on Whidbey Island this week. And, blessed with amazing, sunny weather! The house belongs to a colleague of Todd's. It overlooks the water and is just a couple hundred feet from miles of private beach.
We found a little driftwood house that Isaac loved playing in. It was fun exploring Fort Casey too. Although, now Isaac keeps saying to me for reassurance, "there's no soldiers here mama?" I think he is starting to be scared of certain things a bit more.
What a perfect way to spend these past couple days! So glad you got to go.
